therapist-client relationship is essential in CBT, and your therapist will provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the process.

CBT sessions include teaching and practicing specific skills. If either party feels that the fit is not right, they can explore other options or referrals without any financial commitment. After the consultation, you can decide if you'd like to continue with therapy. There's no pressure or obligation.
